Mahendra has demonstrated excellent communication skills and an ability to work with all levels of internal and external clients and stakeholders. As a part of the Asia-Pacific marketing team, he has utilised his strong problem solving and negotiation skills to improve and drive sales. He obtained a Bachelor in Information Technology and has used his knowledge in electronic and physical marketing to engage and communicate with his wide network in the Asia-Pacific.

He has been very active in his community through social involvement and brings these people skills to his work. In his role he has been required to maintain relationships with various parties, showing highly developed organisation and presentation skills. Mahendra has demonstrated exceptional initiative and flexibility in managing projects and negotiations to expand the Asia-Pacific market. Through excellent time management and fine-tuned self-discipline, he has met deadlines both in teamwork situations and individual projects with outstanding results.

His friendly personality and strong work ethic has made him a core member of the Asia-Pacific Marketing team. Through his passions for communication and outstanding multilingual abilities, he is able to work effectively with culturally diverse people and embrace the spirit of the Ray White in every aspect of his job.
